All cancellations require a 48 hour notice prior to the appointment date. Any cancellation within the 48 hour time window from the date of service will be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee.
All payments are due by the date of the appointment and will not be subject to late penalties if payment is made within the 15 day grace period from the date of service provided. Payments made after the 15 day grace period will be subject to a late fee unless otherwise agreed upon between authorized personnel at Gorges Enterprises, LLC and the client.
We love animals, and as much as we would love to meet your fur babies, our team's safety is very important to us, as well as your pet's! We kindly ask that prior to our arrival for your scheduled appointment, that all pets (with the exception of cats) be secured away in a room that we will not be entering during our time on site. We thank you for your understanding!
We take great pride in the quality of our work and strive to provide our customers with the best services. If we miss something, contact us within 24 hours after the clean has been completed and we will return to the job site and correct the issue for free within reason.
